Plumbing software for plumbers and electricians: call-outs, jobs and invoices

Plumbing and electrical jobs rarely wait. A leaking pipe under a kitchen sink in Hougang, a tripped circuit in an Ang Mo Kio flat, a water heater swap in a Punggol condo, new lights for a café in Tanjong Pagar. Customers call, message and expect someone today or tomorrow.

On Essential or Business · no card needed

AQUORIA O.N.E is plumbing software that works just as well for electricians: call-outs booked at the customer's address with travel time kept free, jobs priced on site, payment on the spot, and A4 invoices for landlords and businesses that pay on terms.

What slows a plumbing and electrical business down

  • Emergency calls squeezed between booked jobs with no travel time.
  • Customers who give a block number but forget the unit.
  • Job prices agreed on site and forgotten by the time you invoice.
  • Business customers paying 30 days late, or later.
  • A price list that exists only in your head.

Call-outs, fixed jobs and work priced on site

The starter catalogue has a Plumbing call-out at S$70 for an hour, Light or socket install at S$50 for 45 minutes, and Water heater install priced on quote for 2 hours. Add your own: choke clearing, tap replacement, DB box checks or ceiling fan installs, each with a price and how long it takes. For quoted work, customers book the visit and you enter the agreed price when it's done.

A calendar built for jobs at the customer's place

Plumbing & electrical starts set up for visits at the customer's place only. Set your hours, the travel time before and after each visit and how far ahead customers must book. When someone calls with a burst pipe, book them in yourself: you can skip the notice period, and the app still checks the slot against your other jobs and travel time. The address shows on each visit with Navigate, and with your own SMS or email account connected the customer gets a reminder the day before.

Invoices and payments that don't need chasing

Take payment when the job's done by PayNow QR, card online or cash, with a receipt straight away. Property managers, contractors and offices can be business accounts with payment terms, a credit limit and a purchase order number if they need one. Numbered A4 invoices show the pay-by date, monthly statements show what's owed, and with your own SMS account connected you can switch on payment reminders that go out every few days until they pay. If you're GST-registered, GST is added to receipts and invoices.

Questions

What does electrician scheduling software do?

It keeps your jobs in order without overlaps or impossible travel. In AQUORIA O.N.E each job has a length, travel time is kept free before and after each home visit, customers book only free times, and reminders can go out the day before by your own SMS or email account. Urgent jobs you book yourself are still checked against the rest of your day.

Is there electrician invoicing software in Singapore?

AQUORIA O.N.E gives every job a receipt, and an A4 invoice with your running number, pay-by date, GST if you're registered and how to pay. Business customers can be on account with payment terms and a monthly statement, and Money owed shows who's late, so you can follow up with a link to pay.

Do plumbers and electricians in Singapore need a licence?

Much plumbing and electrical work in Singapore must be done by licensed workers, so check PUB's and EMA's current rules for the jobs you take on. The app doesn't issue licences, but on Business you can note each subcontractor's licence or papers with an expiry date and you're warned 30 days before it runs out.

Is there a plumber app for booking jobs?

Yes. AQUORIA O.N.E gives plumbers a booking page where customers choose a job and a free time and enter their address. You see each day's visits with Navigate and the customer's answers, and you take payment or send an invoice from the same app. It works on any phone with a browser.

What comes first, electrical or plumbing?

In a renovation, plumbing pipes usually go in before electrical wiring, because pipes are harder to reroute than cables. If you do both, book them as separate jobs, one straight after the other in the same visit or on different days, and the customer sees both in their bookings.
