A handyman booking app for hourly jobs, fixed-price fixes and site visits

A handyman's week is a list of small jobs across town: mount a 65-inch TV in a Woodlands HDB flat, fix a dripping tap and a loose cabinet door in Toa Payoh, patch a wall and repaint a bedroom in a Punggol BTO. Some take an hour, some take a morning, and some can only be priced once you've seen them.

On Essential or Business · no card needed

AQUORIA O.N.E is a handyman booking app and business system in one. Customers book a visit on your link with their address, the calendar keeps travel time free, jobs you price on site get the agreed figure when you finish, and you're paid before you leave.

How handyman jobs come in, and go sideways

Most jobs start with a WhatsApp photo: 'how much to fix this?'. You reply between jobs, agree a day, forget to note the unit number, and arrive to find the job is twice the size. Payment comes 'later by PayNow', and sometimes later never comes.

  • Two jobs promised for the same morning.
  • No time left to get from one end of the island to the other.
  • Prices agreed in chats you can't find when it's time to bill.
  • Customers who pay weeks late, or not at all.

Hourly, fixed-price and priced-on-site jobs

The starter catalogue has a Handyman visit at S$60 per hour, Mount a TV or shelves at S$80 for an hour, and a Small repair job priced on quote. Hourly visits book whole hours, so a 3-hour booking holds 3 hours. For quoted jobs, customers book the visit online, and when you're done you enter the agreed price before taking payment; the app asks for it, so it's never skipped.

A calendar that knows you travel

Set your working hours, days off and the travel time before and after each home visit. Customers only see start times that fit the job and the trip, and every booking is checked again as it's saved, so double bookings can't happen. Each visit shows the address with a Navigate button, and with your own SMS or email account connected, the customer gets a reminder the day before.

Add a question for customers to answer when they book, such as 'What needs fixing, and which floor and unit?', and the answer shows on the appointment.

Paid before you pack up

Tap Done, enter the agreed price if it was quoted, and take payment by PayNow QR with the amount filled in, card online or cash. A receipt is ready straight away, and an A4 invoice with your own number and pay-by date is there for landlords and property agents who pay later. Money owed lists anyone still owing, and with your own SMS or email account connected you can send them a payment reminder with a pay link.

Plans

A solo handyman runs on Essential. With helpers, Business adds staff logins with their own hours, Who's doing it on each job, subcontractors to pass a job to a licensed electrician or plumber by private link, and payroll with CPF. Try it free for 14 days, then S$29 a month (Essential) or S$149 a month (Business). No card needed.

How it works

  1. 1Pick Handyman: an hourly visit, TV mounting and a small repair job are ready to edit.
  2. 2Set your working hours, travel time and the question customers answer when booking.
  3. 3Share your booking link, or book customers in yourself from a call.
  4. 4Finish the job, enter the price if it was quoted, and get paid on the spot.

Questions

How much does a handyman charge per hour in Singapore?

Rates differ by trade and job, and each handyman sets their own. The app's starter rate is S$60 an hour, with fixed prices for common jobs such as S$80 to mount a TV or shelves. You change these to your own, and customers see them on your booking page before they book, so there's no haggling at the door.

What should handyman scheduling software do?

It should keep jobs from overlapping, leave time to travel between homes, remind customers and get you paid. AQUORIA O.N.E does each of these: bookings are checked as they're saved, travel time before and after each home visit is kept free, reminders go out the day before by your own SMS or email account once connected, and payment is taken when the job is done.

Is there free handyman software?

AQUORIA O.N.E starts with a 14-day free trial with no card needed. After that, Essential is S$29 a month for a one-person handyman business, and Business is S$149 a month for a team with staff logins, subcontractors and payroll. There's nothing to install and no hardware to buy.

Do I need handyman CRM software?

If you have regulars, landlords or agents, it helps. Every customer in AQUORIA O.N.E has a page with their jobs, payments, private notes, past addresses and follow-ups, such as 'repaint the balcony in March'. On Business, the CRM adds leads, your own customer fields and a timeline of everything that happened.
