Customers book the check online with their address and answer your booking question, such as 'Brand, model and what's wrong?'. Once you've found the fault, enter the agreed price, take payment, and book the return visit in the calendar if a part is needed.
Home visits with travel time and reminders
Appliance repair starts set up for visits at the customer's place only. Set the travel time before and after each visit and the gap after each job, and customers are only offered times that fit. Each visit shows the address with Navigate, the customer's past addresses and private notes are on their page, and with your own SMS or email account connected a reminder goes out the day before, so you're not knocking on an empty flat.
Parts and money, both accounted for
Add the parts you charge for, such as a drain pump or a door seal, as items with their own price, so they go on the same order as the labour. On Business, inventory counts parts in stock, records every change with its reason, shows stock value and lists what's running low, ready to turn into a purchase order to your supplier.
