AQUORIA O.N.E is building contractor software on the Business plan. Each scope of work is a job with its agreed price, subcontractors get their part by private link, clients are invoiced and billed monthly on account, and your workers are paid with CPF from the same app.
What slows a contractor's office down
- Works priced per job, then rebuilt from scratch in a spreadsheet for the invoice.
- Main contractors paying 60 days late, with no statement to send.
- Subcontractor licences and safety papers expiring without anyone noticing.
- Payroll with CPF, SDL and self-help group funds worked out by hand each month.
Surveys and works as jobs with agreed prices
The starter catalogue has a Site survey, Electrical works and Plumbing & sanitary works, each priced per job, with the electrical and plumbing works set to about a week. The app doesn't do progress claims, retention or variation orders: it records the agreed price and each payment. Create a job for each scope of work with the agreed price, record each payment as it comes in, and the job shows what's paid and what's left.
Clients on account, with invoices and statements
Set up main contractors, MCSTs and building owners as business accounts with payment terms such as 30 or 60 days, a credit limit and a required PO number. A4 invoices carry your running number, GST if you're registered and a pay-by date, monthly statements show what's owed, and Money owed shows who's late, with a link to pay you can send them.
Subcontractors, staff and payroll
Send part of a job to a licensed electrician, plumber or scaffolding firm with a brief, a due date and the agreed price. They accept and mark it done by private link, their price becomes a bill to pay, and the job shows your margin. Note each subcontractor's papers with their expiry date, and you're warned 30 days before they run out.
For your own workers, HR keeps staff records with work-pass expiry, leave balances and clock-in that fills hourly and daily pay, and payroll works out CPF, SDL and self-help group funds with payslips. Accounting adds bills to pay, bank matching, a balance sheet and a year-end pack.

Questions
What does M&E contractor mean?
M&E stands for mechanical and electrical. An M&E contractor installs and maintains a building's services: electrical wiring and power, plumbing and sanitary works, air-conditioning and ventilation, fire protection and lifts. In AQUORIA O.N.E each of those scopes can be its own item and job, with its own price and subcontractors.
Is there construction software in Singapore that includes payroll?
AQUORIA O.N.E brings the office side of a contracting firm into one app on the Business plan: jobs with agreed prices, client accounts with invoices and statements, subcontractors, inventory and purchase orders, accounting, HR, and payroll with CPF, SDL and self-help group funds. It's S$149 a month after a 14-day free trial.
What does general contractor software do?
It keeps jobs, money and people in one place. In AQUORIA O.N.E that means each scope of work as a job with its price and payments, subcontractors briefed and billed by private link with your margin shown, clients on account with statements, and staff records, clock-in and payroll. It doesn't draw plans; it runs the business around the site.
Do I need a licence to be a building contractor in Singapore?
Many building works need a contractor licensed by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA), and electrical works need licensed electrical workers, so check BCA's and EMA's current rules for your scope. The app doesn't issue licences, but it keeps your subcontractors' papers with expiry dates and warns you 30 days before they run out.
