Pick Personalised gifts & printing at sign-up and your catalogue starts with a Custom mug at S$22 and a Custom T-shirt print at S$28 (5 days each), a Sticker pack of 50 at S$20 (3 days) and Gift wrapping at S$4.
The details travel with the order
Customers choose options such as size, colour or font, and type the name or message for each item in its own note. At the counter you add the same details to each line. Every order then shows exactly what to print, so you work from one list instead of scrolling back through chats. Artwork and proofs still come to you by chat; the order holds what was agreed.
- Options can add a price, such as 'Back print +S$8'.
- Order ahead (days) stops a 5-day item being ordered for tomorrow.
- Statuses run from Received to In process, Ready and Collected or Delivered.
Bulk and corporate orders
Large runs vary too much for a fixed price, so add 'Corporate printing' priced on quote, and your link shows an Ask on WhatsApp button. Once agreed, the order carries the price, and the company gets an A4 invoice with its own number, a pay-by date and, in Singapore, a PayNow QR for the exact amount. Regular clients can be business accounts with credit terms and a monthly statement. On Business, their PO number prints on your invoice and delivery order.
Teachers' Day, Christmas and CNY
Festive weeks bring a wave of orders with the same deadline. Cap how many orders each collection or delivery time can take, and the packing list shows each day's orders with the total of every item to make. Start a festival campaign to get posters with your photos, prices and order QR, and a promo code that only works until the cut-off.
Delivery, collection and parcels
Customers choose collection or delivery and a date. Set your delivery fee, a free delivery amount and a minimum order. For orders outside your area, connect your own parcel booking account to compare courier prices, buy the label, print the waybill and send the customer the tracking link.
Blanks, ink and helpers
On Business (S$149 a month), count the blank mugs, tees and vinyl you buy, set what each product uses, and send purchase orders to suppliers when stock runs low. Business also gives a helper their own login with only the permissions you pick.

Questions
What is an order form app?
It replaces a paper or online form with a page where customers pick items, options and a date, add their notes and pay. AQUORIA O.N.E goes further: every order lands in one list with its status, payment and lead time, and you can bill companies, ship parcels and run festive campaigns from the same app.
Can I replace my Google Form order form?
Yes. Instead of copying form answers into a spreadsheet, share your AQUORIA O.N.E link. Customers choose from your catalogue with photos and prices, type the name or message for each item, choose a date, and pay. You see the order, its notes and whether it's paid straight away.
Is there a free order form app?
AQUORIA O.N.E is free for 14 days with no card needed, so you can take real orders before you decide. After that it's S$29 a month on Essential, with unlimited orders, or S$149 a month on Business for staff logins and supplies stock. There's no cut of your sales.
How do I handle bulk corporate gift orders?
Price the job on quote, agree it on WhatsApp, then create the order with the agreed price and the details on each line. The client gets a numbered A4 invoice with a pay-by date, or the order goes on their business account if they pay monthly on terms.
Can customers type the name to print when they order?
Yes. Every item in the cart has an optional note, such as a name or a message to add. It stays on that order line, so the mug for Aunty Mei and the mug for Uncle Raj don't get mixed up.
