Pick Jewellery & accessories at sign-up and your catalogue starts with a Beaded bracelet at S$22 in S, M and L, a Custom name necklace priced on quote with 7 days to make, and a Leather card holder at S$35.
Sizes and colours that sell out on their own
Add a Size or Colour option and turn on stock for each choice. Every size gets its own count and code, so the size 7 ring can be sold out while size 6 stays on sale. Customers must pick a size before they can add the item to their cart, which saves a round of messages asking which one they meant.
Names, initials and engraving
For personalised pieces, customers type the name or initials in the note for that item when they order, and it shows on the order line you work from. A piece priced on quote shows an Ask on WhatsApp button instead of a price, for one-off commissions. Set Order ahead (days) on made-to-order pieces, and add Gift wrapping at S$4 as an extra.
- An option such as 'Gold-plated +S$15' adds its price at checkout.
- Ready-on dates keep custom orders in the order they're due.
- Resizing and repairs can be booked as a service with its own price.
Drops, lives and pop-ups
Release a new collection to regulars first: set the day everyone can order an item, and members can order it before then. On a Facebook or Instagram live, each piece gets a short code like B2, buyers hold pieces themselves or you note them by name, and counted stock is held for every claim. At a pop-up, the counter screen on your phone takes PayNow, cash or card paid online, all against the same stock as your link.
Beads, chains and clasps
On Business (S$149 a month), count the supplies you buy but don't sell, such as 925 silver chain by the metre, clasps and freshwater pearls, set what each piece uses, and send purchase orders to your suppliers. Stock value shows what you have tied up in materials. Business also adds staff logins for a packing helper and up to 3 locations.
Getting found and coming back
Put your link in your Instagram and TikTok bio, and add an order button to your own website if you have one. Points or a stamp card reward repeat buyers, a birthday treat arrives in their birthday month, and reviews show on your page when customers allow it.

Questions
How do I start a jewellery business in Singapore?
Start with a small range you can make or source reliably, price each piece with its materials and time, and photograph it well. Register the business if needed and decide how people will buy: one shop link for Instagram, lives and pop-ups keeps it simple, because the stock and orders stay in one place.
How do I set up an online jewellery shop in Singapore?
Add your pieces with photos, prices and options in AQUORIA O.N.E, switch on online orders, and share the link. Buyers sign in, choose collection or delivery, and pay by PayNow, bank transfer or card online once you open a payment account. It's live the same day.
Can customers add a name for engraving when they order?
Yes. Each item in the cart has its own note, such as a name or a message to add, and it stays on that order line for you to work from. For pieces that vary too much to price up front, use a quote item so customers ask you on WhatsApp first.
How do I keep track of ring sizes and stock?
Give the ring a Size option and turn on stock for each choice. Each size has its own count and sells out on its own, on your link, at the counter and during a live. You see what's left of each size before you make or reorder more.
Where can I buy jewellery supplies and track them?
Buy from your usual suppliers. On Business, you can add each supplier, send them purchase orders, and count beads, chains and findings as supplies that each piece uses up. Goods received go into your stock, and their cost is recorded under Expenses.
