AQUORIA O.N.E gives your skincare studio a booking page that fits each treatment into your real hours, takes a deposit on longer ones, and keeps every client's skin notes and purchases with their visits.
What gets in the way of a full room
First-time clients book a 75-minute facial and don't come. Regulars want their monthly facial but need a nudge. Skin notes, like sensitive to retinol, are in someone's head. A client asks to buy the serum you used, and you're not sure how many bottles are left. Each of these costs time or money.
- First visits that never happen
- Monthly regulars who forget to rebook
- Skin notes that live in memory
- Retail products sold without a count
Treatments with the right time and deposit
Pick Facials & skincare and your menu starts with a hydrating facial at S$88 for an hour with a S$20 deposit, an express facial at S$48 for 30 minutes and an acne treatment facial at S$110 for 75 minutes. Rename them, set your own prices, and give longer treatments a deposit.
Add a booking question, such as 'Any skin concerns or allergies we should know about?', so you know before they arrive. Set how far ahead clients can book, up to 90 days, and how many hours' notice you need. A gap after each appointment gives you time to change the bed and towels, and clients can add a second treatment to the same visit when there's time for both.
Client notes and skincare sales
Each client's page keeps private notes, such as oily T-zone or no strong fragrance, alongside their past visits and what they bought. Sell serums, masks and cleansers at the counter with stock counted and a low-stock warning, or list them on your link to order and collect. Give members a lower price on products, or add VIP tiers with a discount by yearly spend.
Bringing clients back each month
With your own SMS or email account connected, clients get a reminder the day before. They can move their booking from their link up to the notice you set. After a visit, a review request goes out the same way. The customer list groups clients who came once and haven't returned, and those who haven't been in for 60 days, so a come-back offer reaches the right people. In their birthday month, a treat code appears in their app. On Business, each therapist gets their own hours and login.
How it works
- 1Pick Facials & skincare and set each treatment's length, price and deposit.
- 2Add your skincare products with stock, and a booking question for new clients.
- 3Share your link; clients book and pay the deposit.

Questions
What does beauty salon appointment software do?
It lets clients book treatments themselves at times you're free, and keeps your day organised. In AQUORIA O.N.E that means a booking page, deposits, client notes and history, product sales at the counter, reviews, and reports on bookings and no-shows, all from one login on your phone or computer.
How do I keep notes on each client's skin?
Open the client and write in Notes, which only your team sees: skin type, sensitivities and products that suit them. Their visits, purchases and payments sit on the same page. On Business you can add your own customer fields, such as Skin type or Last peel, so every client's record is filled in the same way.
Can I sell skincare products as well as facials?
Yes. Add products to your catalogue with a price and photo, and turn on Count stock. Sell them at the counter after a treatment, or let clients order them from your link to collect. Stock comes off with each sale, you're warned when it runs low, and reports show sales by item.
How do I stop first-time clients from not turning up?
Put a deposit on the services new clients usually book. They pay it to confirm the booking, by PayNow QR or card online, and an unpaid booking is let go after 2 hours. If they cancel, keep or refund it; if they don't turn up, it's kept as your fee. A day-before reminder helps too, once you've connected your own SMS or email account.
Is there a free trial of salon software?
AQUORIA O.N.E is free for 14 days, and you don't need a card to start. Then it's S$29 a month on Essential for a solo therapist, or S$149 a month on Business for a team, with each therapist's own hours, staff logins and payroll with CPF. There's no charge per booking and no cut of your sales.
