AQUORIA O.N.E gives your lash bar a booking page that fits services into your real hours, takes a deposit on full sets, sends day-before reminders by your own SMS or email once connected, and makes rebooking a refill quick.
Why lash calendars fall apart
Lash work is long and exact. A client books a refill when she really needs a full set, and you lose 30 minutes. First-timers book a 90-minute set and don't show. Refill clients wait too long and arrive with half their lashes gone. A brow add-on squeezed in at the end makes you late for the next client.
- The wrong service booked for the time needed
- Full-set no-shows with nothing paid
- Refills that slip to four or five weeks
- Add-ons that overrun the next slot
The right service, the right length
Choose Lashes & brows and your menu starts with classic lash extensions at S$98 for 90 minutes with a S$30 deposit, a lash refill at S$60 and a lash lift at S$68, each an hour, and brow shaping at S$18 for 20 minutes. Change them to your own styles, such as hybrid or volume sets.
Add a question to your booking page, such as 'First full set with us, or a refill?', and clients answer it before they book. Brow shaping can be added to the same visit, straight after, with only times that fit both shown. A gap after each appointment gives you time to reset the bed.
Deposits that protect your longest bookings
The S$30 deposit on a full set is paid when the client books, by PayNow QR or card online, and the booking is confirmed once it's in. Unpaid, the time is held for 2 hours and then released. Set how many hours ahead clients must book, which is also how close to the time they can still move or cancel online. Your own terms and conditions, which clients agree to before paying online, can set out your deposit and lateness policy.
Refills that come back on time
After a full set, book her refills every two weeks for the next few months in one go, and the app skips any week that's already full. Clients see their upcoming and past visits and can tap Book again. The customer list shows clients who came once and never returned, ready for a come-back offer, and a birthday treat code appears in their app in their birthday month. Keep private notes, such as curl, length and glue sensitivity.

Questions
How do I start a lash and brow business?
Get trained with a course you trust, check the rules for working from home or renting a room, and decide your menu and prices. Then set up your services, deposits and hours in AQUORIA O.N.E and share your booking link. The app handles bookings, payments and client records; training and any licences stay with you.
How can clients book lash refills every two or three weeks?
Clients can book any free time up to the number of days ahead you allow, up to 90. For regulars on a two-week cycle, book repeats yourself: pick every 2 weeks and how many times, and the app books them all, skipping full weeks. For a three-week cycle, book the next refill before she leaves.
Is a booking fee the same as a deposit?
Not quite. A booking fee is usually charged on top of the price, while a deposit counts towards it. In AQUORIA O.N.E, the deposit on a service is part of the price: a S$30 deposit on a S$98 set leaves S$68 to pay after. If the client cancels, you choose to keep it as a cancellation fee or refund it.
Can clients book a lash lift and brows in one visit?
Yes. When booking, clients can add more services to the same visit, booked straight after with the same person. Only start times where the whole visit fits are shown, so a lash lift with brow shaping needs an 80-minute gap in your day. The total for both shows on the button before they book.
How much is beauty salon appointment software?
AQUORIA O.N.E is free for 14 days, no card needed, then S$29 a month on Essential for a solo lash artist. That includes the booking page, deposits, the customer app and loyalty. Business is S$149 a month for a team, with each artist's own hours and login, plus payroll. There's no fee per booking.
