Lorry transport software for trips, drivers and delivery orders

A lorry company moves other businesses' goods, and lorry transport software has to keep up with every drop. Pallets from a Tuas warehouse to outlets across the island, building materials to a site in Tengah, an exhibition booth to the Expo halls overnight. The work repeats, the customers are companies with POs, and every drop needs a signed delivery order before the invoice can go out.

On the Business plan · no card needed

AQUORIA O.N.E does that as part of an all-in-one business app. Lorry and trucking companies use the Business plan, with driver logins, delivery orders, standing orders and payroll with CPF included. It's for moving goods only, never people.

Trips, lorry hours and cranes

Set your services the way you price them: a 10-ft lorry trip at S$90, a 24-ft trip at S$180, a lorry with driver at S$60 an hour, and lorry crane jobs priced once you've seen the load and the site. Each job is an order with the delivery address and day, the customer's PO number and any notes, like 'loading bay closes at 5pm'. Extra waiting time or a second drop goes on the same order.

  • Customers' PO numbers on their orders
  • Business customers with their own rates
  • Standing orders that make a regular run the day before
  • Delivery time slots, each with a limit

Drivers, routes and signed delivery orders

Each driver has a login and sees their stops for the day in route order, by time slot then postcode, or the order you set. A drop is completed with a photo or a signature, and any payment due is taken first. The delivery order is an A4 page with the goods and the signature taken on delivery, with a private link you can send the customer. When a drop fails, the driver notes why and the job goes back to be booked again.

Statements, bills and payroll

Companies pay later from a monthly statement, and automatic payment reminders can follow up once your SMS or email is connected. Diesel, parking and repairs go in as expenses or bills to pay, and bank matching reads your bank's CSV and ties money in to the right job. Drivers clock in and out, take leave with balances, keep work-pass expiry dates on their records and are paid through payroll with CPF worked out.

  • A4 invoices and delivery orders
  • Bills, bank matching and a year-end pack
  • Clock-in, leave and payroll with CPF
  • Up to 10 logins for office staff and drivers

How it works

  1. 1Add your trips, hourly lorries and crane jobs with your rates.
  2. 2Key in each job or set standing orders for regular runs.
  3. 3Drivers deliver with proof; you invoice from the statement and pay your team.

Questions

Is there an app for truck drivers?

AQUORIA O.N.E has a driver app for the drivers of your own company. Each driver signs in on their phone and sees their stops in order, with the address, the customer's number and anything to collect. They complete each drop with a photo or signature, and mark a failed one with the reason so it can be rebooked.

Is a trucking business profitable?

It can be, but it depends on keeping lorries busy, pricing trips above fuel, wages, repairs and parking, and getting paid on time. AQUORIA O.N.E shows takings by customer and service, expenses and bills, and what each company still owes, so you can see which runs actually make money.

How do I take lorry transport bookings?

Regular customers can be set up as business customers with their own rates and a standing order for runs that repeat. One-off jobs are keyed in as orders with the address, the day and the PO number. Every job then lands on a driver's route. Lorry and trucking companies use the Business plan at S$149 a month, after a 14-day free trial.

Is there free lorry transport software to download?

AQUORIA O.N.E is a web app, so there's nothing to download: you and your drivers sign in from any phone or computer. It isn't free, but there's a 14-day free trial with no card needed, then S$149 a month on Business, with orders unlimited and no cut of your fares.

How do I run a lorry transport business day to day?

Keep three things moving: jobs onto lorries, proof back from drivers, and invoices out to customers. In AQUORIA O.N.E jobs and standing orders land on each driver's route, drivers complete drops with a photo or signature, and companies pay from a monthly statement. Payroll, leave and expenses sit in the same app.

Get your fleet's paperwork off the dashboard. Try it free for 14 days, then S$149 a month (Business). No card needed.
