AQUORIA O.N.E gives small movers one app for bookings, crews, payments and payroll. Moving businesses use the Business plan, so staff accounts, driver logins and payroll with CPF are included from the start.
Moves booked with both addresses
Customers press 'Book a delivery' on your link and choose a service: a van with driver at S$60 an hour with a two-hour minimum, a one-room small move at S$280 with a S$50 deposit, or furniture delivery priced once you know the pieces. They give the pick-up and drop-off addresses and a time. Travel time you set is kept free around each job. Before you take direct bookings, you confirm you hold the licences, vehicle registration and insurance needed to move goods for payment.
- Pick-up and drop-off on every job
- Deposits that hold the slot; unpaid after two hours, it's released
- Your own booking question, like 'Lift or stairs? Which floor?'
- A reminder to the customer the day before, by the SMS or email account you connect
Crews, vans and their days
Each mover has a login with their own working hours and days off, so a job only goes to a crew that's free. Their home screen lists the day's jobs with the addresses and the customer's notes. Extra items found on the day, like a second bookshelf or boxes at S$3 each, go onto the same job, and the total follows. On Business you can also send an overflow job to another mover as a subcontractor, with their price as a bill and your margin on the job.
Getting paid and paying the crew
Customers pay the balance by PayNow QR, bank transfer, cash or card online, and the A4 invoice shows your UEN and the job. Property agents and furniture shops who send you moves every month can be business customers with their own prices and a monthly statement. Movers clock in and out, take leave with balances and are paid through payroll with CPF worked out.
- Business customers with statements
- Clock-in, leave and timesheets
- Payroll and payslips with CPF
- Reports on jobs, takings and money still owed
How it works
- 1Add your moves, van hours and deliveries with prices and deposits.
- 2Customers book with both addresses; your crews see their jobs.
- 3Move, add any extras, take the balance and pay your team.

Questions
How much do small movers in Singapore charge?
Movers set their own prices, often by the hour for a van and crew with a minimum, or a fixed price for a one-room move, with extra for stairs, assembly or long distances. In AQUORIA O.N.E each service has its price, deposit and minimum, and extras are added to the job, so the customer sees one clear total.
Do I need insurance for a small moving business?
You'll usually want insurance that covers your vehicle for business use and the goods you carry. Before taking direct bookings, AQUORIA O.N.E asks you to confirm you hold the licences, vehicle registration and insurance needed to move goods for payment. Check the details with your insurer and the transport authority.
Can customers book a small van mover online?
Yes. Your link has a 'Book a delivery' button. Customers choose the service, a date and time, and give the pick-up and drop-off addresses, then pay any deposit. You see the job straight away and your crew sees it on their phones. Moving businesses use the Business plan at S$149 a month, after a 14-day free trial.
Can I take bookings for single items like a fridge or sofa?
Yes. Add an item-delivery service, priced per piece or once you know what it is, and customers book it like any move. Add stair carries or disposal as extras on the job. Small item jobs then sit on the same calendar as full moves, so your vans aren't double-booked.
Can furniture shops send me deliveries on account?
Yes. Set the shop up as a business customer with its own prices. Its deliveries go on your calendar like any job and are paid later from a monthly statement, with payments applied to the oldest jobs first. You can see what each shop owes at a glance and send a reminder with a link to pay.
