A delivery management app for couriers and same-day riders

A same-day courier's phone never stops: a law firm in Raffles Place needs documents in Changi Business Park by 3pm, an online seller in Ubi has twelve parcels for the east, a customer wants a cake moved across the island before a party. Each job has two addresses, a time and a price, and the money is often owed by companies that pay at month-end. A delivery management app keeps all of it in one place.

On Essential or Business · no card needed

AQUORIA O.N.E is that app, and the rest of your business management too. Customers book trips with pick-up and drop-off addresses on your link, the day's stops line up in route order, and companies pay from one monthly statement. It's for moving goods and documents only, never people.

Trips booked with both addresses

Your booking button says 'Book a delivery'. Customers choose same-day delivery in town at S$15, document delivery at S$12, or a bulky item that you price once you know what it is, then pick a time and give the pick-up address and the drop-off address. Travel time you set is kept free around each trip. Before you take direct bookings, the app asks you to confirm you hold the driving licence, vehicle permit and insurance needed to carry goods for payment.

  • Pick-up and drop-off addresses on every trip
  • Book at least so many hours ahead, or allow same-hour jobs
  • Notes for the job, like 'call the guardhouse first'
  • A reminder before the trip for jobs booked a day ahead, by the SMS or email account you connect

Routes, proof and failed drops

Clients who send parcels in bulk, like an online seller, can be keyed in as orders for delivery with the address and the day. The day's deliveries line up in the driver app, sorted by time slot and then postcode, so stops in the same area sit together, and you can set your own order. A delivery is completed with a photo or a signature, and payment is taken first if any is due. A failed drop goes back to be rebooked, with the reason kept.

Company accounts and the money side

Law firms, florists and sellers who use you every week can be business customers with their own prices, paying later from a monthly statement with the oldest unpaid jobs settled first. Everyone else pays by PayNow QR, bank transfer, cash or card online. Reports count deliveries done and failed, takings by service and what's still owed.

  • Business customers with their own prices and statements
  • On Essential you do the deliveries yourself in the driver app
  • Driver accounts, each with their own stops, on Business
  • Payroll with CPF for employed riders, on Business

How it works

  1. 1Add your delivery services and prices, and confirm your licences and insurance.
  2. 2Customers book trips with both addresses, or you key in a client's parcels.
  3. 3Deliver in route order, take a photo or signature, and get paid.

Questions

What courier does same-day delivery?

Many independent couriers and riders in Singapore offer same-day delivery within the island, especially for documents, food and small parcels. With AQUORIA O.N.E your customers book you directly on your own link, choosing the service, the time and both addresses, so you aren't relying only on someone else's app for jobs.

How much does a same-day courier cost?

Couriers set their own prices, usually by distance, size and how urgent the job is. You might charge one price within town, another island-wide and price bulky items once you know what they are. In AQUORIA O.N.E each service has its price, and items you price later still get booked with both addresses.

Is there a free delivery management app?

AQUORIA O.N.E isn't free, but it has a 14-day free trial with no card needed. Then it's S$29 a month on Essential, where you do the deliveries yourself, or S$149 on Business with driver accounts and payroll. Deliveries aren't limited, and the app never takes a cut of your fares.

Is there a route planning app for deliveries?

AQUORIA O.N.E puts the day's deliveries in a simple route order: by time slot, then by postcode, since nearby addresses in Singapore share their first digits. You or your driver can change the order, and every stop has the address, the phone number and any balance to collect. It doesn't plan turn-by-turn directions; your maps app still does that.

What is a delivery management system?

It's the software behind a delivery business: taking jobs, planning each day's stops, recording proof of delivery, following up failed drops and billing customers. AQUORIA O.N.E does each of those and adds the rest of the business, from customer accounts and statements to reports and, on Business, driver logins and payroll.

Take your next delivery booking directly. Try it free for 14 days, then S$29 a month (Essential) or S$149 a month (Business). No card needed.
