AQUORIA O.N.E gives your customers one link to pre-order boxes, pudding cups and party platters, pick a collection time and pay. You get a count for the morning, and nobody turns up for something you didn't make.
The trouble with same-day desserts
Kuih doesn't wait. Make too much and it's wasted by evening; make too little and regulars leave empty-handed. Orders that arrive at midnight for 7am are hard to refuse. Five people collect at once and you're counting change while the next batch steams. Party orders need days of notice that customers rarely give.
- Midnight orders for early-morning collection
- Leftover pieces at the end of the day
- Everyone collecting at the same moment
- Platters ordered with one day's notice
Boxes, cups and platters with their own notice
Pick Desserts & kuih and you start with an assorted kuih box of 12 at S$15 with a day's notice, pudding cups at S$4 with stock counted, and a dessert platter for parties at S$60 that needs 3 days. Change them to your own kueh, prices and photos.
For the platter, add an option group where customers can pick several kinds, such as kueh salat, ang ku kueh and seri muka. Use the allergens and dietary notes for coconut milk or egg, so customers see them before they order.
Morning collection times that never overflow
Set the times you hand over, such as 07:00-08:00, 08:00-09:00 and 16:00-17:00, and how many orders each can take, say 10. When 7am is full, customers pick the next time. Leave delivery off if you only do collection, or add a fee for orders you deliver.
The packing list for tomorrow shows what to make in all, 14 boxes and 30 pudding cups, then each customer's order with its time and notes. Mark orders ready, and take payment at handover by cash or PayNow if it wasn't paid online.
Festive weeks and loyal regulars
Hari Raya, Chinese New Year and Deepavali bring your biggest weeks. Festive greetings go out on the day, by your own SMS or email account once connected, to customers who agreed to promotions, each in their own language. A stamp card or points reward the regular who collects every Saturday, and a birthday treat brings families back for party platters. Going away after the festive rush? Vacation mode pauses online orders and shows customers when you're back.

Questions
Is there an order form app for kuih and dessert orders?
Yes. Your AQUORIA O.N.E link is your order form: customers pick boxes, cups or a platter, choose a collection time and pay, without a chat. It's a web app, so it opens on any phone, and customers can add it to their home screen. Orders arrive in one list on your side, with an alert for each new one.
Can I limit how many orders I take each morning?
Yes. Under Times to pick from, list your collection times and set how many orders each one can take. Full times can't be chosen, and the earliest day depends on each item's notice. To cap the pieces you make rather than the orders, turn on Count stock for an item and it sells out at the number you set.
Can I send Hari Raya greetings to my customers?
Yes. In Greetings, tick the festivals you want, such as Hari Raya Puasa (Eid al-Fitr), Chinese New Year or Deepavali, and birthdays for customers who have given theirs. Greetings go by your own SMS or email account, so connect one in Message channels first. Each goes out once, on the day, only to customers who agreed to promotions, through the messaging channel you've connected. Keep the ready wording or write your own.
Can I reward regular customers with a stamp card?
Yes. Under Points & promo codes, choose points for every dollar spent or a stamp card, and they're earned when an order is collected. You can also add VIP tiers by yearly spend, a birthday treat, and a thank-you reward on a customer's 5th or 10th order, so the regulars who keep you going feel it.
How much does it cost to take kuih orders online?
The first 14 days are free and you don't need a card. After that, Essential is S$29 a month for a one-person kitchen, with unlimited orders. Business is S$149 a month if you take on staff, need stock with recipes or open a second location. AQUORIA takes no cut of your sales.
