Pick Plants & flowers at sign-up and you start with a Hand-tied bouquet at S$65 (order 1 day ahead), a Small potted plant at S$18 with stock counted, and Flowers for an event priced on quote with 5 days' notice.
Card messages that never go missing
Customers type the card message in the note for each bouquet, and add delivery notes for the driver. Options cover the rest: size (Classic, Deluxe +S$30, Grand +S$60), wrapping colour, or a vase. Each order shows exactly what goes on the card, so nothing depends on scrolling back through WhatsApp at 7am.
Orders from your link, the counter and your website's order button land in the same list, and Analytics shows which channel each came from.
Delivery slots that don't overbook
List your delivery times, such as 9am–12pm, 12pm–3pm and 3pm–6pm, and set how many orders each time can take per day. When the morning fills on Valentine's Day or Mother's Day, it shows as full and customers pick another time or another day. Set Order ahead (days) per item, so a large arrangement can't be ordered for the same afternoon.
- Set your delivery fee and an amount above which delivery is free.
- The driver screen opens Google Maps or Waze, sends an On my way message by your own SMS or email once you connect it, and takes a photo or signature as proof of delivery.
- The packing list shows how many of each bouquet to make for the day.
Walk-ins at the counter
Walk-in customers are served on the counter screen on a tablet or phone: tap the bouquet, take payment by PayNow QR, cash or card paid online, and hand it over. A quick sale doesn't need a name or number. Potted plants keep their stock count, so your link and your counter never sell the last orchid twice.
Weddings and event flowers
Event work starts with a conversation. Switch on appointments and book a consultation with a deposit, and keep 'Flowers for an event' priced on quote, so your link shows Ask on WhatsApp instead of a price. Once the design is agreed, the order carries the agreed price, you take a part payment now and the rest before the day, and the couple gets an A4 invoice.
Festivals and regulars
Start a campaign for Valentine's Day, Mother's Day or Christmas and get posters with your photos, prices and order QR. Offices that order weekly can be business accounts that pay monthly; on Business, standing orders make their order the day before. Business (S$149 a month) also adds driver logins and staff accounts.

Questions
What does florist software do?
It takes orders online and at the counter, keeps each card message and delivery address with its order, and stops you taking more deliveries than you can make. AQUORIA O.N.E adds payments, a driver app with proof of delivery, campaigns for festive days, and reports on what sold.
Is there florist POS software for walk-in customers?
Yes. The counter screen works on any phone, tablet or computer. Tap the items, take PayNow, cash or card paid online, and hand over, with or without the customer's details. There's no card terminal or till to buy: the screen is the point of sale, and stock stays in step with your online shop.
Is there software for wedding florists?
Yes. Book consultations with a deposit, keep event flowers priced on quote, and once the design is agreed, put the agreed price on the order. Take part payments as they come in, and the couple gets an A4 invoice with what's still owed and how to pay.
Is there a flowers software app for my phone?
AQUORIA O.N.E is a web app, so it runs in the browser on your phone, tablet or computer with nothing to install. Check the day's orders and card messages at the flower market at 6am, take a walk-in sale at the counter, and deliver with the driver screen on the same phone.
Can I stop Valentine's Day deliveries from overbooking?
Yes. Set your delivery times and how many orders each one can take per day. When a time is full, customers see it as full and choose another. Add an order-ahead rule on large arrangements, and the day's packing list tells you how many of each bouquet to make.
