AQUORIA O.N.E builds one into an all-in-one business app. Customers book an hour or a run at a time you're free, the addresses and shopping list arrive with the booking, and what you spent goes onto the same job before you ask to be paid.
Jobs by the hour or by the run
An errand run is S$25 an hour; queueing for you is S$20 an hour; grocery shopping and delivery is a fixed S$35 for up to 90 minutes. Every service is at the customer's place, so the address comes with the booking, and the travel time you set keeps a gap between jobs. Ask your own question when they book, such as 'Shopping list or what to collect', and their answer is saved on the booking.
- Hourly bookings with a minimum
- Your own booking question for the list
- A reminder the day before, by the SMS or email account you connect
- Book at least so many hours ahead, so you're never booked for ten minutes' time
Add what you spent, then get paid back
Keep an item called 'Purchases (at cost)' priced at zero. After the run, add it to the job and change its price to the receipt total, say S$64.30 from the supermarket, and the job's total follows. Send the customer a link to see the job and pay, by PayNow or by card once you open a payment account. Record your own costs, like parking and petrol, as expenses so your monthly profit is real.
Regulars, business clients and helpers
A weekly grocery run for the same couple is booked once with a repeat. Small offices that send you on errands every week can be business customers who pay later from a monthly statement. On Business, add runners with their own logins and working hours; each sees their jobs and addresses on their phone, and payroll works out CPF.
- Weekly or fortnightly repeats
- Business customers with monthly statements
- Expenses and a simple monthly profit
- Runners' own calendars and payroll, on Business
How it works
- 1Add your hourly errands and fixed runs with their prices.
- 2Customers book on your link with their address and list.
- 3Do the job, add what you spent, and send the link to pay.

Questions
What is an errand runner service?
It's someone paid to do tasks on your behalf: shopping, queueing, collecting and dropping off items, or small admin jobs. Most charge by the hour or a fixed price per run, plus what they spend on your behalf. AQUORIA O.N.E handles the booking, the address and list, the costs you add and the payment.
How should I charge for errands and shopping?
Many runners charge by the hour with a minimum, or a fixed price for common runs like groceries, then add the receipt total for what they bought. In AQUORIA O.N.E the fee is the booked service and the purchases are a line you price after the run, so the customer pays one clear total.
Is there a booking system app for errand services?
AQUORIA O.N.E gives you a booking page that customers open on their phone. They choose the errand, the time and hours, give the address and their list, and book. You see your day on your phone, with every job's address and notes, and take payment by PayNow or card.
How does a payment link work?
It's a link you send the customer that opens their job with the total and a way to pay. In AQUORIA O.N.E they can pay by card online once you open a payment account, and in Singapore the job and invoice can show a PayNow QR. The payment is recorded against the job, so nothing has to be matched by hand.
Can customers book errands online in Singapore?
Yes. Your booking page lists your errands with their prices, and customers pick a time, give the address and answer your question about what's needed. They can pay a deposit if you ask for one. The booking lands on your calendar with travel time kept clear, and the customer gets a reminder the day before by the SMS or email account you connect.
