Pick Sports coaching at sign-up and you start with Swimming lesson (45 min) at S$50 and Tennis lesson (1 hour) at S$70. Change them to your own sport and rates.
Lessons at the customer's pool or court
Choose where lessons take place: at your venue, at the customer's place, or either. For condo lessons the parent enters the address when booking, and the app keeps your travel time before and after each one, so it never offers a 3pm in Sengkang straight after a 2pm in Clementi. Parents give the child's name and age, and get a reminder the day before, by your own SMS or email once you connect it.
Rain-outs and makeup lessons
When the weather turns, open each lesson and tap Change time. The app shows only your free times on any day, the parent is told about the new slot, and a new reminder follows. Parents can move a lesson themselves up to the notice period you set. Taking a week off for a competition? Vacation mode pauses new bookings and can cancel that week's lessons and tell every parent at once.
- Book a child's Saturday 9am lesson to repeat for 10 weeks in one go.
- Weeks that are already full are skipped and counted for you, so nothing double-books.
- Mark each lesson done or no-show for a record of who came.
Fees, deposits and court costs
Charge per lesson when it's marked done, or bill a term as one order, such as '10 swimming lessons, Term 1' at S$450, paid by PayNow, bank transfer or card online once you open a payment account. Ask for a deposit on a first lesson to cut no-shows. Record what you pay for court bookings and pool entry under Expenses, so your profit isn't a guess.
Parents, players and reviews
Each parent is one customer, with every child's lessons, payments and balance. Tag players by squad or level, such as 'U10 badminton' or 'Stage 3 swim', and open that group in one tap when a session moves. A review request can follow a finished lesson, and parents who give 4 or 5 stars are asked to review you on Google too.
A team of coaches
Group programmes and holiday clinics with a set number of places aren't something the app runs: it books lessons into your free times, one booking at a time. Business (S$149 a month) gives each coach a login and their own hours, tracks leave and clock-in, and runs payroll with CPF, with hourly rates for part-time coaches.

Questions
What is a sports coaching booking system?
It's where parents and players book lessons in your free times, and where you keep the schedule, players and payments. AQUORIA O.N.E adds travel time between venues, weekly repeats, makeup lessons in a few taps, reminders, deposits and reports on bookings, no-shows and revenue.
Is there a sports coach booking app parents can use?
Parents use your own link, in the browser on any phone. They pick a lesson and time, give the child's name and age, sign in with their phone number and pay. Their bookings and receipts stay on the page, and they can move a lesson up to your notice period.
How do I start a sports coaching business in Singapore?
Most coaches start with a coaching certificate for their sport, insurance, and an agreement with the pools or courts they use. Check whether your venue or sport needs a licence. Then set your rates, take bookings from one link and keep your fees and costs in one place from day one.
Can I take a deposit for a first lesson?
Yes. Set a deposit on the lesson and a parent's online booking waits for it: if it isn't paid within 2 hours, the time goes back on your schedule. If they don't turn up, mark the no-show and keep the deposit as the fee, or refund it. Bookings you make yourself wait until you mark the deposit received.
How much is sports coaching management software?
AQUORIA O.N.E is free for 14 days, no card needed. A coach working alone pays S$29 a month on Essential. An academy with several coaches' logins, payroll with CPF and up to 3 locations pays S$149 a month on Business. Lessons and bookings are unlimited.
