Gym management software for personal trainers and private yoga teachers in Singapore

A personal trainer's week is booked in one-hour blocks across three condo gyms, and the most expensive hour is the one where the client doesn't turn up. AQUORIA O.N.E is gym management software for Singapore trainers and private yoga or pilates teachers: one-to-one sessions with deposits, reminders and payments in one place. It doesn't run group class timetables with a set number of mats.

On Essential or Business · no card needed

Pick Fitness & yoga at sign-up and you start with Personal training (1 hour) at S$80, Yoga session (1 hour) at S$25 and a 45-minute trial session at S$30.

PT sessions that clients actually turn up for

Set your hours for each day, the gap you need between clients and how far ahead they must book. Ask for a deposit on a session and the booking waits for it: if it isn't paid within 2 hours, the time goes back on your calendar. When a client doesn't show, mark the no-show and keep the deposit as the fee, or refund it if there was a good reason.

  • Train clients at their condo gym with travel time kept before and after.
  • Book a client's Monday session to repeat weekly for 12 weeks, then do the same for Thursday.
  • Clients move their own session up to the notice period you set.

Private yoga, pilates and trial sessions

Private yoga, pilates and stretching sessions are booked the same way as PT: each has its own length and price, and clients only see times when you, or the teacher they picked, are free. A 45-minute trial session at S$30 lets a new client try you before they take a weekly slot.

Group classes with a set number of mats aren't something the app runs: there's no class list, places limit or attendance. A studio built on a full group timetable will still need its own class list.

    Filling the quiet hours

Mid-afternoons are quiet in most studios. A Fill this week's free times campaign counts your open slots and turns them into a poster and a message with your booking QR. Share it with clients who agreed to promotions, or post the poster on Instagram yourself, and the campaign shows the bookings and money it brought in. Analytics shows your busiest time, so you know where a new session time would fill.

      Rewards for regulars

Run a stamp card where the 10th session is free, or points for every dollar spent. VIP tiers give regulars a discount, a birthday treat arrives in their birthday month, and member prices can sit next to the public price on any item. None of this is a membership plan billed every month: each session is paid when it's booked or done.

Shakes, mats and a front desk

Sell protein bars, mats and studio towels from the counter screen on a tablet, with stock counted and a receipt for every sale. When you take on coaches, Business (S$149 a month) gives each a login and their own timetable, clock-in for front-desk staff, leave records, and payroll with CPF, with hourly rates for part-time instructors.

          Questions

          What is gym management software?

It's one system for the bookings, clients and payments of a gym, studio or personal trainer. In AQUORIA O.N.E that covers online booking for one-to-one sessions, deposits and no-show fees, stamp cards and points, a counter screen for merchandise, and on Business, coach logins, clock-in and payroll.

Is there a gym management app for personal trainers?

Yes. AQUORIA O.N.E runs in the browser on your phone, so you see the day's sessions, move a booking or take a payment between clients. Clients book from your link and get reminders by your own SMS or email once you connect it. A trainer working alone uses Essential at S$29 a month.

How much does gym management software cost in Singapore?

AQUORIA O.N.E is free for 14 days with no card needed. Then Essential is S$29 a month for a trainer or instructor on their own, and Business is S$149 a month for a studio with coaches' logins, HR and payroll, and up to 3 locations. There are no setup fees.

Can it run group classes with a set number of places?

No. AQUORIA O.N.E books one-to-one time slots: each session takes a free time in a trainer's hours, so sessions never overlap. It doesn't keep group class lists, limit places per class or track attendance, so a studio that runs mainly on a group timetable should know that before signing up.

Does it work with door access or biometric check-in?

No. AQUORIA O.N.E doesn't connect to door locks, turnstiles or fingerprint readers, and it isn't built for 24-hour unmanned gyms. It's for studios and trainers who book sessions, take payments and look after their regulars, with staff on site.

Try it free for 14 days, then S$29 a month (Essential) or S$149 a month (Business). No card needed.
