AQUORIA O.N.E is pool service software that keeps those visits in order: regular cleans are set to repeat, water testing and repairs are booked at the property, condos are billed monthly on account, and every visit is either paid on the spot or invoiced.
Where a pool cleaning business loses track
- Weekly clients rebooked by hand, and one forgotten when it rains.
- Pump and filter repairs priced on site with no record.
- Condo managers who need a PO number and pay 30 days later.
- Chemical use not tracked, so costs creep up unseen.
Cleaning visits, maintenance and repairs
The starter catalogue has a Pool cleaning visit at S$80 for 90 minutes, Water testing & chemical balance at S$45 for 30 minutes, Monthly pool maintenance (4 visits) at S$280, and Pump or filter repair priced on quote. The monthly item is a price on your list: you still book the visits, and the app doesn't count visits used against it. Add jacuzzi cleaning, tile-line scrubbing or green-pool recovery with their own price and length, so the price list on your link matches what you actually do.
Regular visits set to repeat
Pool cleaning starts set up for visits at the customer's place. Book a client's first clean and repeat it every week or every 2 weeks, up to 26 times; weeks that are already full are skipped and flagged. Travel time between properties is kept free, a reminder goes out the day before by your own SMS or email account once connected, and each visit shows the address with Navigate.
A water test can go in the same visit as a clean, booked straight after it, with no extra trip. The client's page keeps notes such as 'pump room key with the guardhouse'.
Condos and MCSTs on account
Set up a condo or managing agent as a business account with its own prices, payment terms, a credit limit and a PO number on each order. Their visits go on a monthly statement, A4 invoices carry your running number and pay-by date, and Money owed shows who's late, so you can follow up with a pay link.

Questions
How much does swimming pool maintenance cost in Singapore?
It depends on the pool's size, how often it's serviced and what's included. The app's starter prices are S$80 for a cleaning visit, S$45 for water testing and chemical balance, and S$280 for monthly maintenance, all of which you change to your own. Your list shows on your link, with repairs priced on quote.
Is a pool cleaning business profitable?
It can be, because regular clients bring steady monthly work. Profit depends on how many pools you service a day, travel, chemicals and labour. AQUORIA O.N.E reports show revenue by service, repeat customers and your busiest times, expenses can be logged with receipt photos, and Business adds stock value and the supplies each visit uses.
Is there a pool maintenance app for technicians?
Yes. AQUORIA O.N.E shows each day's visits with the address and Navigate, the client's notes such as gate or pump room access, and a Done button that leads straight to payment. Regular clients repeat weekly or fortnightly, and on Business each technician has their own login and calendar.
How often should a pool be cleaned?
Home pools are often cleaned weekly, with the water tested and balanced more often after heavy rain or heavy use. Public and condo pools have stricter water quality rules, so check NEA's guidelines for those. In the app, set each client's clean to repeat weekly or every 2 weeks, and add water tests as needed.
What does pool cleaning management software do?
It keeps regular visits, one-off repairs and billing in order. AQUORIA O.N.E repeats each client's clean weekly or fortnightly, keeps travel time free between properties, notes access details on the client's page, takes payment on the spot or adds visits to a condo's monthly statement, and shows revenue by service.
