AQUORIA O.N.E is security company software that brings the billing and the people into one app. Security services run on the Business plan, and start you with a security guard at S$18 an hour, event security and monthly site guarding priced on quote, and a patrol visit at S$60.
Guarding contracts on one monthly statement
Each client gets a business account with its own rates, payment terms and PO number. Add the month's guarding job for the MCST at the contract fee, plus extra hours for a renovation weekend, and it all goes onto one statement. Monthly jobs aren't created by themselves; adding them is a quick routine at the start of the month. Money owed then shows which clients are 31 or 60 days behind, and each client's page keeps every job, invoice and payment in one place.
Patrols on fixed days
Set the Kallang warehouse up as a standing order: one patrol visit every Monday to Saturday. Each night, the next day's job is made at their price, so the supervisor knows what's due tomorrow. Pause it over a factory shutdown and resume it after.
Events, priced on quote
Event enquiries go on your leads list with the date, the likely value and who's following up. A won event becomes a job priced on quote, with the deposit recorded as a part payment and the balance on the A4 invoice. Add a site recce as a bookable service, and organisers can book it from your link before they commit.
Officers, hours and pay
Officers with a login clock in and out at the site they guard, marked as working at customers' sites so their position isn't checked against your office. Supervisors add hours by hand for officers without one. Payroll pays by the month, day or hour, fills hours from clock-ins and works out CPF, the Skills Development Levy and self-help group funds.
- Each officer's papers kept with their expiry dates
- Anything running out within 60 days listed in HR
- Annual, sick and hospital leave approved in the app
- Payslips each officer sees from their own login
What it doesn't do
AQUORIA O.N.E doesn't plan guard rosters, run checkpoint tours or log incident reports. Your security agency licence and your officers' licensing stay with you and PLRD. Use it for the business side: clients, billing, attendance, HR and payroll.

Questions
What is security company management software?
It runs the business side of a guard agency: client contracts and billing, officers' attendance, leave and pay. AQUORIA O.N.E does this with business accounts and monthly statements, standing orders for regular patrols, clock-ins at client sites, timesheets and payroll with CPF. It doesn't do rostering, guard tours or incident reports.
Can it schedule security guards?
Not as a roster. You can assign who's doing each job, set regular patrols as standing orders and, if you add guarding as a bookable service, book a named officer at a client's place. For shift rosters across many sites, keep your current roster and use AQUORIA O.N.E for attendance, pay and billing.
How do I bill a condo for monthly guarding?
Give the MCST a business account with its payment terms and PO number. Each month, add the guarding job at the contract fee and any extra hours. Everything goes onto one statement with the opening balance, charges, payments and the date it's due, and you can email it from your own mail app.
Does it work out CPF for security officers?
Yes, for Singapore citizens and permanent residents, from the CPF Board's published rates by age and residency, along with the Skills Development Levy and self-help group funds. Pay can be monthly, daily or hourly. The payroll run gives you the totals to key into CPF EZPay, and officers see their payslips in the app.
Why is a security agency on the Business plan?
Guarding runs with a team, so it needs staff logins, HR, payroll and statements for client companies, which come with Business. Security services can only choose Business: S$149 a month after a 14-day free trial with no card. Have your UEN ready to start the Business trial.
