AQUORIA O.N.E is manpower agency software that puts both sides in one app. Manpower & staffing supply runs on the Business plan, and starts you with staff supply at S$20 an hour, staff supply at S$150 a day, and a monthly manpower contract priced on quote.
Billing each client at their own rates
Every client company gets a business account with its own prices: S$18 an hour for banquet crew at one hotel, S$21 an hour for warehouse packers at a logistics firm. Add their payment terms, credit limit and the PO number their finance team needs. Each supply job goes on their monthly statement, and Money owed shows who's 31 or 60 days late.
Regular supply, billed on fixed days
The Tuas warehouse wants six packers every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Set it up once as a standing order for six days of staff supply. Each night, the next day's job is made at their prices with their PO number, so the billing is ready a day ahead. It makes the job, not the roster: choosing and confirming which workers go is still up to you. Pause it over Chinese New Year and resume it after.
Workers who clock in on site
Workers with a login clock in and out on their phone at the client's site; mark them as working at customers' sites so their position isn't checked against your office. For people without a login, add their hours by hand from the client's sign-in sheet. Every entry shows on the month's timesheet, with hand-added ones marked.
Payroll with CPF for part-timers and full-timers
Pay each person by the month, the day or the hour. When you run payroll, fill hours and days from clock-ins, then check them. CPF is worked out by age and residency, with the Skills Development Levy and self-help group funds, and foreign employees are set to no CPF. Print payslips and key the totals into CPF EZPay.
- Each worker's pass type and expiry date
- Passes and documents running out within 60 days, listed in HR
- Annual, sick, hospital and childcare leave, approved in the app
- Payslips workers can open from their own login
What to know before you start
Business includes up to 10 logins for the owner, coordinators and workers who clock in. People who are only on payroll don't count, and AQUORIA can add more logins if you ask. It isn't a recruitment system: there's no candidate database or job matching, and you hold your own employment agency licence.

Questions
What is staffing agency software?
It runs the work of supplying people to clients: what each client is billed, who turned up, and what each worker is paid. AQUORIA O.N.E covers billing by the hour or day on business accounts, clock-ins at client sites, timesheets and payroll with CPF. It doesn't screen candidates or match them to jobs.
How do I work out CPF for part-time workers?
CPF depends on the worker's age, residency and monthly wages. In AQUORIA O.N.E, add each person's date of birth and CPF residency, pay them by the hour or day, and fill their hours from clock-ins. The payroll run works out employee and employer CPF from the CPF Board's published rates; you still pay it through CPF EZPay.
Can workers clock in at the client's site?
Yes. Workers with a login clock in on their phone, and marking them as working at customers' sites stops the app checking their position against your office. For workers without a login, a coordinator adds their hours by hand. Either way, payroll can take the hours straight from the timesheet.
Why does a manpower agency need the Business plan?
Supplying staff needs staff accounts, HR, payroll and statements for client companies, which come with Business. That's why manpower and staffing supply can only choose Business, at S$149 a month after a 14-day free trial with no card. You'll need your UEN to start the Business trial.
How many workers can I put on payroll?
Payroll isn't tied to logins. Business gives 10 logins for people who use the app, such as coordinators and workers who clock in themselves. Everyone else can be on payroll without a login, with their hours added by hand. If you need more logins, ask AQUORIA under Help.
