AQUORIA O.N.E is a pest control booking system for jobs at the customer's address: customers book treatments online, travel time is kept free, termite work is priced after inspection, follow-up visits are noted on each customer, and payment is taken on site or billed monthly.
What makes pest control scheduling hard
- Urgent calls pushing booked jobs around.
- Return treatments promised for 'two weeks later', then forgotten.
- Termite jobs that need an inspection before any price.
- Food shops and offices that need a monthly invoice, not a receipt per visit.
- Chemical stock running out mid-week.
Treatments with prices and times
The starter catalogue has General pest control at S$120 per visit for an hour, Mosquito fogging at S$80 for 45 minutes and Termite treatment priced on quote for 2 hours. Add bed bug treatment, rodent baiting or cockroach gel baiting with their own price and length. Customers see them on your booking page, and quoted jobs show as priced on quote, so nobody expects a fixed figure for termites.
Bookings at the address, follow-ups on the customer
Pest control starts set up for visits at the customer's place only. Set your hours and the travel time before and after each visit, and customers only see times that fit. Ask a question when they book, such as 'Which pest, and where have you seen it?', and the answer shows on the appointment.
After a treatment, add a follow-up on the customer's page for the return visit date, or book it straight away. Contracts with regular visits can repeat every week or every 2 weeks, and urgent calls you book yourself are still checked against the rest of the day.
Shops and offices billed monthly
Put restaurants, food stalls and offices on business accounts with their own prices, payment terms and a monthly statement. Every visit adds to the statement, A4 invoices show your running number, GST if you're registered and a pay-by date, and with your own SMS or email account connected, payment reminders can go out with a link to pay.

Questions
How much is pest control for an HDB flat in Singapore?
Prices depend on the pest, the size of the flat and how many visits are needed. The app's starter price is S$120 for a general treatment visit and S$80 for mosquito fogging, with termite work priced on quote after inspection. You change these to your own, and customers see them on your booking page.
Is there free pest control software?
AQUORIA O.N.E starts with a 14-day free trial, no card needed. After that Essential is S$29 a month for one operator, covering bookings, customers, payments, invoices and reports, and Business is S$149 a month for a team with technician logins, chemical stock and payroll with CPF.
Can customers book pest control online?
Yes. Your booking page lists your treatments with prices and times. Customers choose one, pick a free time and enter their address and an answer to your booking question. They can move or cancel online up to the notice period you set, and with your own SMS or email account connected they get a confirmation and a reminder the day before.
Do I need a licence to run a pest control business in Singapore?
Yes, pest control operators and technicians in Singapore are licensed by NEA, so check NEA's current requirements before you start. The app doesn't handle licensing, but on Business you can keep staff records with work-pass expiry dates and note subcontractors' papers, with a warning 30 days before they run out.
Is there a pest control booking app for technicians?
Yes. Each technician opens the day's visits on their phone, with the address, Navigate and the customer's answer to your booking question. Tapping Done leads straight to payment, and the follow-up date can be set before leaving. On Business each technician has their own login and calendar; on Essential the calendar is the owner's.
