Home cleaning starts set up for visits at the customer's place only. Set your working hours, a gap after each clean and the travel time before and after each home visit, say 30 minutes. When a customer books, the app only offers start times that leave room for the clean and the trip. Every booking is checked again as it's saved, so two people can never take the same time.
The starter catalogue has Home cleaning at S$25 per hour (2 hours minimum), a Deep clean (3 rooms) at S$280 for 5 hours, and a Move-out clean priced on quote. Hourly bookings take whole hours, so a customer who chooses 4 hours blocks 4 hours.
Weekly regulars, reminders and deposits
For a regular, book the first clean and set it to repeat every week or every 2 weeks, up to 26 times. Weeks that are already full are skipped, and you're told which. With your own SMS or email account connected, each customer gets a reminder the day before. They can move or cancel online up to the notice you set. Add a deposit to deep cleans, so a cancelled Saturday isn't a lost Saturday.
Everything you need at the door
Each visit shows the address with a Navigate button. The customer's page keeps private notes only your team sees, such as 'gate code 2580#, cat in the bedroom', and the addresses of past visits. When the clean is done, tap Done, take payment by PayNow QR, card online or cash, and the job, the payment and the receipt are kept on the customer's page.
Solo cleaner or a team
If you clean on your own, Essential is enough. With a team, Business gives each cleaner a login with their own working hours, so customers simply pick a time and the booking goes to whoever is free, and each cleaner sees their own day.
