AQUORIA O.N.E gives you one place for visits, notes, payments and staff. Families book visits at times you're free, the address and needs are on every booking, and each companion knows what to expect before they arrive.
Visits, escorts and half days
A companion visit is S$25 an hour with a two-hour minimum; a clinic visit escort is three hours at S$70; half-day companionship is four hours at S$90. Every service happens at the customer's place, so the family gives the parent's address when booking and the calendar keeps travel time clear between homes. A weekly visit is booked once with a repeat, say every Tuesday twelve times, and any week already taken is skipped and flagged.
- Home visits with travel time before and after
- Weekly or fortnightly repeats for regular visits
- A reminder the day before, by the SMS or email account you connect
- Book at least so many hours ahead
Care notes only your team sees
Each customer page keeps private notes: 'Mr Lim, 82, hard of hearing on the left, walks with a stick, likes Teochew opera, daughter Mei is the contact'. The family's booking notes add what's different this week, like a new medicine or a clinic appointment at 10am. On Business, add your own customer fields, such as the next-of-kin's number, mobility and the clinic they attend. Before a new family's details are saved, the app records that they were shown your privacy notice, which matters when you're keeping health details about someone's parent.
Companions, pay and the money side
On Business, each companion has a login with their own working hours and days off, and their home screen lists their visits with the addresses. They clock in and out, take leave with yearly balances, and are paid through payroll with CPF worked out. Families pay by PayNow QR, bank transfer, cash or card online, and the A4 invoice shows each visit.
- Staff records with work-pass expiry dates, on Business
- Clock-in that fills hourly pay, on Business
- Payment reminders with a link to pay
- Reports on visits, hours and repeat families
How it works
- 1Add your visits and escorts with their lengths and prices.

Questions
How much does an elderly companion make?
It depends on the hourly rate and how many hours are booked. As a simple example, a companion charging S$25 an hour for 20 hours a week takes in about S$2,000 a month before costs and travel. AQUORIA O.N.E reports show the hours and takings for each month, and on Business payroll works out employed companions' pay with CPF.
How do I start an elderly companionship business?
Decide what you'll offer, such as visits, clinic escorts and outings, and price each by the hour. Check the training, insurance and background checks families will expect. Then give families an easy way to book and pay. AQUORIA O.N.E does that part, from S$29 a month on Essential after a 14-day free trial.
What are companionship programs for seniors?
They're regular visits that keep an older person company: conversation, walks, meals, help with phone calls and appointments, or an escort to the clinic. A good programme is consistent, with the same companion at the same time each week. In AQUORIA O.N.E that's a weekly repeat booking with private notes on the person.
How do I manage companionship for elderly jobs across a team?
On Business, each companion gets a login with their working hours and days off, and families can choose a companion they know. Every companion sees their own visits with the addresses on their phone. Clock-in fills hourly pay, leave has yearly balances and payroll works out CPF.
Can families book visits for their parents online?
Yes. A son or daughter opens your booking page, chooses the visit and time, and gives their parent's address and anything you should know. They get the reminder by your connected SMS or email, and the receipt; you get the booking with the address and notes. Regular visits can be set to repeat every week, so nobody has to book again.
