AQUORIA O.N.E turns that into one weekly order list. Customers order from your link before your cut-off, note what they can't eat, choose a delivery time and pay. You cook from the totals and deliver from a route.
What breaks a meal prep week
Cooking to the portion only works if the numbers are right. When orders trickle in by chat until Sunday midnight, you over-buy chicken or run short on Wednesday. Dietary requests sit in different threads. Weekly customers forget to pay until you chase. And the delivery run takes longer than the cooking because the addresses are in the wrong order.
- Late orders after you've done the marketing
- Allergies and swaps lost in chat
- Weekly plans paid late, or not at all
- Delivery runs planned on a scrap of paper
Your menu, with cut-offs built in
The Home-cooked meals & meal prep starter gives you a weekly meal plan of 5 lunches at S$60 with 2 days' notice, a family dinner set for 4 at S$48 and a bento box at S$10, each with a day's notice. Change them to your own dishes and prices, add photos, and add a Protein option, such as chicken, fish or tofu, so nobody has to message you about it.
Notice days work as your cut-off: with 2 days' notice, a Sunday order can't be for Monday. Put allergens and dietary notes on each dish. Customers can add a note to each item, and your private customer notes hold the rest, such as no peanuts or leave at the door.
Cook from totals, deliver by route
Open the packing list for Tuesday and it shows what to make in all, such as 18 bentos, 7 family sets and 11 weekly plans, then each order with its time, address and notes. Mark orders ready as you pack them.
Delivery orders go on Routes. Sort the day by time and area, then open each stop to navigate and take a photo or signature as proof. With your own SMS or email account connected, customers also get an On my way message. Any balance can be collected at the door. On Essential you do the run yourself in the driver app; on Business, drivers get their own logins.
Weekly regulars and getting paid
Customers pay when they order, by PayNow QR or bank transfer, or on delivery if you allow it. Set a delivery fee, such as S$6, free from S$80, and a minimum order. For a regular who takes the same plan every week, Business adds standing orders: their order is made the day before, so it's on your packing list without them reordering. The customer list shows who hasn't ordered in 60 days, ready for a come-back message you send one by one from WhatsApp on your own phone.

Questions
What is an online food ordering system?
It's a menu customers order from themselves: they pick dishes, choose collection or delivery and a time, and pay, without messaging you. In AQUORIA O.N.E it's your shop link, and each order lands in your Orders list with an alert. Notice days, caps on each delivery time and stock counts stop people ordering what you can't make.
Can customers order a week of meals in advance?
Yes. Customers choose the day they want, and each dish's notice decides the earliest one they can pick. Sell the week as one item, such as 5 lunches delivered on Sunday, or let customers order each day's meals separately. Every delivery or collection time can take a set number of orders, so busy days never overflow.
Can customers tell me about allergies when they order?
Yes. Each dish can show allergens and dietary notes on your menu, and customers can add a note to any item, such as no chilli. Those notes appear on the packing list next to the order. Keep lasting details, like a nut allergy or a gate code, in the customer's private notes, which only you and your team see.
How do I plan routes for meal deliveries?
Every delivery order for the day appears on Routes with its time and address. Sort the stops by time and area, give them to a driver on Business, and work through them in the driver app: navigate, deliver and add a photo or signature. An On my way message goes out by your own SMS or email account if you've connected one. A stop you couldn't complete goes back on the list to rebook.
Is there a free order management app for food businesses?
AQUORIA O.N.E is free for 14 days with no card needed, then S$29 a month on Essential with unlimited orders. Business is S$149 a month and adds driver and staff logins, standing orders, stock and recipes. Nothing is charged per order, and AQUORIA takes no cut of what you sell.
